Your responsibilities:<\/strong><\/p>\n

• Independent collection and documentation of processes in cooperation with various departments<\/li>\n
• Analysis of current processes and identification of weaknesses and improvement potential<\/li>\n
• Creation of standardized process documentation in a clear and practical format<\/li>\n
• Support and further development of software applications, focusing on the SAP ERP system, the Salesforce CRM system, and customized software solutions<\/li>\n
• Solution-oriented consulting for departments regarding new requirements for IT systems\/modules<\/li>\n
• Interface to the IT department of Sortimo International GmbH (shared service partner for IT) and to external implementation partners<\/li>\n
• Monitoring of EDI interfaces and assistance with troubleshooting<\/li>\n
• Participation in process and IT projects, including assuming responsibility for own work packages and\/or (sub-)projects<\/li>\n
• Creation and maintenance of various reports for departments<\/li>\n
• Support in SAP data management<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

  Your profile:<\/strong><\/p>\n

  • Experience in process recording and analysis, ideally in a medium-sized company or a technically oriented environment<\/li>\n
  • Basic understanding of IT and ERP systems as well as interfaces between business areas<\/li>\n
  • Structured and analytical working method with a pragmatic approach<\/li>\n
  • Completed university degree in business administration, industrial engineering, or comparable training\/qualification<\/li>\n
  • Confident demeanor and eloquent communication, sociability, resilience, a high degree of self-motivation, as well as independent and structured working<\/li>\n
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office software package and good English skills<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
