From the workshop to the jobsite—and back again: that’s the journey our award-winning L-BOXX systems are built for. And it’s the same path we walk every day with our partners and end users. We think like tradespeople. We identify what’s truly helpful—and what’s not. That’s the only way we can achieve our goal: to make everyday work a little easier with every solution we create.

Built on Partnership. Driven by System.
BS Systems GmbH & Co. KG was founded in 2012 as a joint venture between Bosch Power Tools and Sortimo. With our L-BOXX Baseline and L-BOXX ProClick lines, we offer two modular and fully compatible systems for the professional transport and secure storage of tools, accessories, and consumables.
Both product lines are designed to streamline workflows in trades and industry—featuring a patented click system, configurable accessories, and TÜV-certified integration into Sortimo vehicle equipment.
On request, we tailor both systems to match your corporate design—down to the housing colors, logos, custom-molded trays, or EPP inserts.
That’s how an L-BOXX becomes a powerful brand touchpoint.

Where We Come From
The story of the L-BOXX begins in 2009. Developed by Sortimo as a “logistics box,” it was designed to optimize transport and logistics from day one—and it hit the mark immediately. The system was a success from its very first day on the market.
Soon after, Bosch Power Tools—one of the world’s leading power tool manufacturers—took notice. The L-BOXX proved to be a perfect fit for the demanding needs of professionals and was quickly adopted as the packaging standard for BOSCH Blue. Rugged, stackable, and brand-compliant—a solution built to last.
After two years of close collaboration and over two million L-BOXXes sold, Bosch and Sortimo launched a new chapter in 2012: the founding of BS Systems as a joint venture. Since then, we’ve been working together toward a clear goal: to establish the L-BOXX as the industrial standard in system packaging.
