With this newly developed product line, BS Systems GmbH & Co. KG brings a new highlight to the market. The innovative and flexible mobility system, ProClick, with its tool pouches for carrying tools, consumables, batteries, etc. on the belt, close to the body, was developed to make everyday work easier for the professional tradesman.
The further development of the L-Case 2 now makes tool or equipment combinations of e.g. 12 or 18 volt rechargeable battery powered tools, rotary percussion screwdrivers or even screw drillers, possible in one L-Case.
BS Systems GmbH is growing steadily and has moved into the 800m2 office world on the 1st floor of the Sortimo Innovtion Park in Zusmarshausen (SIZ), now accommodating 35 employees.
The first Bosch Professional Bit Case with an integrated Pick and Click System for maximum flexibility. With the L-Case Pick and Click, BS Systems GmbH & Co. KG has developed a case that, in addition to the tried and tested beddings for rechargeable battery-powered screw drillers and chargers, now also offers the option of sorting Bit Sets. These can be freely selected as required and simply clicked into a desired position in the lid.
The new L-BOXX Micro is the compact and cost-effective packaging alternative. It is the smallest BOXX in the L-BOXX system and a packaging alternative for small assortments of up to 1 kg. The all-around transparent plastic provides a permanent overview of the contents and filling level. With the individually insertable dividers, the L-BOXX Micro can be quickly and easily adapted to the transported goods.
BS Systems GmbH & Co. KG meets the market requirements and develops the XL-BOXX, thereby expanding the popular L-BOXX system with a large, fully compatible, and cleverly designed machine and transport case. The appealing design impresses with a low dead weight, without neglecting the requirements for robustness, transport protection and load capacity.
Modifying the interior division of the L-Case 1 to accommodate rechargeable battery powered equipment turns the L-Case 2 into an IATA-compatible packaging for BOSCH rechargeable battery powered equipment in the price-sensitive Basic Segment.

BS Systems was pleased to receive multiple awards in this year. The popular L-BOXX has again won the German Brand Award in 2018 in the category “transport & mobility”, the GERMAN DESIGN AWARD in the category “excellent product design”, as well as the Pro-K award.
The newly developed W-BOXX is the latest component of the L-BOXX system. It complements the system with a BOXX in the price-sensitive Basic Segment. The system compatibility is guaranteed, as is the BS Systems quality promise and the full integration into van racking solutions of the market leader, Sortimo.
The L-Case 1 was exclusively developed for BOSCH Power Tools as a price-sensitive outer packaging for corded electrical equipment.

Thus, the L-BOXX system with its flexible possibilities not only convinces users, but also more than 150 renowned partner companies in the industrial and trade sector.
BS Systems, as the market leader in the area of high-quality system cases, has adapted its many years of experience in the handicraft sector to sales and perfectly aligned it to the requirements of everyday sales with the H-BOXX sales & presentation case system. The ideal “sales representative case” was developed. BS Systems was delighted to receive an award for its innovation. The H-BOXX received the REDDOT DESIGN AWARD.
In order to further promote the case system built around the L-BOXX on the market, the focus is set on expanding the network of specialist dealers. In addition to the current core activity, supplying OEM manufacturers who use the L-BOXX as packaging for their own top sellers, the strategy also envisages increased support for the specialised trade.
Another highlight is added to the system with the L-BOXX Mini. The L-BOXX Mini is a cost-effective packaging alternative for small assortments up to 1.5 kg. Arranged in the inset box raster format and made of food-safe plastic, it fits seamlessly into the system.
In addition to many new features and innovations in the area of accessories, the L-BOXX is expanded by an important cornerstone. The BOXX program is complemented with the LT-BOXX series. An open-topped toolbox for bulky loads which is fully compatible both upwards and downwards.
After two years of partnership-based cooperation and more than two million BOXXes sold on the market, Bosch and Sortimo decide to extend the joint success story into a business field of its own. This is followed by the foundation of BS Systems GmbH & Co. KG as a joint venture. The big goal: establishing the L-BOXX as the industrial standard for system packaging.
Step by step, the L-BOXX is conquering new markets. In addition to the successful customer acquisition in Europe, a comprehensive dealer network has been established in Belgium. More than 170 international L-BOXX system partners meanwhile place their trust in the packaging competence of BS Systems. The company’s staff, now numbering around 30 employees, is additionally working intensely on the continuous further development of intelligent mobility concepts. The L-BOXX, redesigned especially for BOSCH and Sortimo, impresses not only with new features and improvements, but could also convince various juries for awards. BS Systems is thus delighted to have won the IF DESIGN AWARD and the German Brand Award.
Bosch Power Tools, the world’s leading provider of power tools, takes notice of the L-BOXX and is convinced by the concept. The L-BOXX is added to the supply range as an outer packaging for BOSCH Blue professional tools.
The L-BOXX, originally designed as a “logistics”-BOXX, celebrates its successful market entry in 2009. The specially established “Logistixx” division already records high demand in the first year of sales.
Sortimo, the market leader in the van racking, load securing and mobile transport solutions segment, develops the first prototype of the L-BOXX. This is followed by immediate patenting and the go-ahead for the development of a new business field.
