All products of the “L-BOXX Contractor” product line are carefully inspected, tested, and subject to the strict quality standards of BS Systems GmbH & Co. KG.

BS Systems GmbH & Co. KG, Am Innovationspark 2, 86441 Zusmarshausen (hereinafter also referred to as “we”), grants a manufacturer’s warranty for the L-BOXX Contractor product line in accordance with the following conditions. This warranty supplements the purchaser’s statutory rights arising from the purchase agreement with the seller, in particular the rights arising from liability for defects, and does not affect them. The purchaser’s statutory rights remain unaffected and may be asserted independently of this warranty.

Warranty Period
The manufacturer’s warranty is granted for a period of 25 years from the date of purchase. This must be proven by a valid original purchase receipt.
For products that are used commercially or professionally, the warranty period is 12 months, unless expressly agreed otherwise in writing.

Warranty Registration
The extended warranty requires that you register the product online on our website: https://l-boxx.com/de/garantie-verlaengerung. By registering, you agree to the storage and processing of the data you provide. The decisive factor for registration within the specified period is the original purchase receipt showing the purchase date and product details. After successful registration, you will receive a warranty certificate, which must be kept together with the purchase receipt and is required for warranty claims.

Scope of Warranty
The warranty covers material and manufacturing defects that occur under proper use within the warranty period. BS Systems GmbH & Co. KG undertakes, at its own discretion, to:
  • repair the defective product, or
  • replace it with a faultless product, if necessary a technically equivalent or subsequent model.
Replaced products or parts become the property of BS Systems GmbH & Co. KG. The warranty does not cover services such as the provision of a replacement product during the repair period.

Exclusions from the Warranty
The warranty does not cover:
  • Wear parts and accessories: parts subject to natural wear and tear, such as seals, coupling latch, telescoping handle, locking latches, wheels
  • Damage caused by improper use, failure to observe the operating instructions, overloading, insufficient care, or abnormal operating and environmental conditions
  • Defects caused by the use of non-original parts
  • Products that have been modified or improperly repaired
  • Minor deviations that do not affect the functionality or value of the product
Making a Warranty Claim
A warranty claim must be made within the warranty period. The defective product must be submitted together with the original purchase receipt and the warranty certificate to the seller or an authorized service center. The customer bears the shipping costs and the transport risk.

Additional Conditions
Warranty services do not extend or renew the warranty period. The transfer of warranty claims to third parties is excluded. The warranty applies exclusively to first purchases and not to used products. This warranty applies only to products that were purchased and used within the European Union.

Governing Law
This warranty is subject to German law to the exclusion of the United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods (CISG). This choice of law does not affect mandatory consumer protection regulations of the country in which the purchaser has their habitual residence.
Under this warranty, the purchaser is not deprived of any protection granted by national provisions from which no deviation may be made by agreement under the law of the country of their habitual residence (principle of favorability).
