To strengthen our team, we are looking for the following position to be filled as soon as possible:

Inhouse Process Consultant (m/f/d)
Full-time

Your responsibilities:

• Independent collection and documentation of processes in cooperation with various departments
• Analysis of current processes and identification of weaknesses and improvement potential
• Creation of standardized process documentation in a clear and practical format
• Support and further development of software applications, focusing on the SAP ERP system, the Salesforce CRM system, and customized software solutions
• Solution-oriented consulting for departments regarding new requirements for IT systems/modules
• Interface to the IT department of Sortimo International GmbH (shared service partner for IT) and to external implementation partners
• Monitoring of EDI interfaces and assistance with troubleshooting
• Participation in process and IT projects, including assuming responsibility for own work packages and/or (sub-)projects
• Creation and maintenance of various reports for departments
• Support in SAP data management

Your profile:

• Experience in process recording and analysis, ideally in a medium-sized company or a technically oriented environment
• Basic understanding of IT and ERP systems as well as interfaces between business areas
• Structured and analytical working method with a pragmatic approach
• Completed university degree in business administration, industrial engineering, or comparable training/qualification
• Confident demeanor and eloquent communication, sociability, resilience, a high degree of self-motivation, as well as independent and structured working
• Proficient in Microsoft Office software package and good English skills
